1. Abhyanga Full Body Oil Massage

Goal: Harmonizing the doshas, promoting regeneration and inner balance. Procedure: Gentle full-body massage with warm herbal oil; long, flowing strokes have a calming and nourishing effect. Suitable for: Stress, nervousness, lack of energy, dry skin, general exhaustion.


2. Shirodhara Stirnölguss (Shirodhara Oil Pouring on Forehead)

Goal: To calm the mind, promote deep relaxation and inner clarity. Procedure: A fine stream of warm oil is poured evenly over the forehead, accompanied by gentle massage strokes. Suitable for: Stress, sleep disorders, overexertion, inner restlessness.


3. Mukabhyanga Facial Massage

Goal: To relax facial muscles, promote radiance and skin health. Procedure: Gentle massage with herbal oils, combined with targeted pressure points to release tension. Suitable for: Headaches, stress relief, skincare, anti-aging.


4. Padabhyanga Foot Massage

Goal: Grounding, strengthening the senses, and promoting sleep. Procedure: Massage of feet and lower legs with warm oil; targeted work on reflex points. Suitable for: Sleep problems, nervousness, inner restlessness, "heavy legs".


5. Back massage (Ayurvedic Back Massage)

6. Pinda Sveda Herbal Stamp Massage

7. Udvartana Herbal Powder Massage

Goal: To stimulate metabolism, tighten tissue, and cleanse skin. Procedure: Dynamic massage with warm herbal powders using stroking movements. Suitable for: Cellulite, lack of energy, excess Kapha (feeling of heaviness).


8. Shiroabhyanga Kopf-/Nackenmassage (Shiroabhyanga Head & Neck Massage)

Goal: To relax the head and neck, promote mental clarity. Procedure: Massage with warm oil on the scalp, temples, and neck. Suitable for: Headaches, migraines, tension, mental stress.
