🧘 Yoga Teacher Training

Goal: To learn sound yoga practice, understand philosophy and techniques, and be able to lead yoga classes professionally.

Contents:

• Yoga Philosophy & Traditions
• Asanas (postures) & corrections
• Pranayama (breathing exercises) & meditation techniques
• Teaching methods & lesson structure
• Yoga for different target groups (children, pregnant women, seniors)

🌿 Ayurveda-Ausbildung (Ayurveda Practitioner Training)

Goal: To understand the principles of Ayurveda, to be able to confidently apply and advise on massages, nutrition and lifestyle concepts.

Contents:

• Basics: Doshas, elements, constitution types
• Ayurvedic dietary theory
• Classical massages (Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Padabhyanga, Mukabhyanga)
• Herbal & Oil Therapies
• Daily and yearly routines for balance (Dinacharya, Ritucharya)

✋ Reiki-Housebuilding (Reiki Training – Level I bis III / Master)

Goal: To use Reiki as a healing method for oneself and others; with master level, also to pass it on as a teacher.

Contents:

• Reiki I: Basics, self-treatment, hand positions
• Reiki II: Symbols, distance healing, advanced energy work
• Reiki III: Master & Teacher Training, Passing on to Students
• Practical exercises & integration into everyday life and coaching

🎶 Sound Healing-Ausbildung (Sound Healing Practitioner Training)

Goal: To use singing bowls, gongs and frequencies in a targeted way to promote healing, relaxation and transformation.

• Working with singing bowls, gongs, crystal bowls
• Sound massage, sound journeys, group work
• Chakra harmonization through frequencies
• Setting up your own sound healing sessions

Goal: To learn the art of energy healing according to Master Choa Kok Sui – for balance, healing and vitality.
