1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all offers and services of Srabanti's World, Srabanti Mazumder-Becker, Feuerbrunnen 3, 38110 Braunschweig-Waggum, in particular for yoga courses, Ayurveda treatments, Reiki sessions, sound healing and Pranic healing treatments as well as workshops, seminars and retreats.

2. Conclusion of the contract

A contract between Srabanti's World and the customers is concluded through registration for a course, treatment or event – in writing, by telephone or online – and through confirmation by Srabanti's World.

3. Services

The services offered are intended to promote health, relaxation, and well-being. They do not replace medical or naturopathic treatment. Each participant is responsible for their own health.

4. Prices & Payment Terms

  • The prices listed in the current price list on the website apply.
  • Payments are due no later than before the start of the service.
  • Vouchers are transferable, but not redeemable for cash.

5. Withdrawal & Cancellation

  • Individual appointments (Yoga, Ayurveda, Reiki, Sound Healing, Pranic Healing) can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start.
  • In case of later cancellation or no-show, the full amount will be charged.
  • Separate cancellation policies apply to workshops, seminars or retreats; these will be communicated upon registration.

6. Liability

Participation is at your own risk. Srabanti's World is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence. No liability is assumed for personal valuables.

7. Health requirements

Participants are required to disclose any health conditions, pregnancies, or acute illnesses before the start of the event. If in doubt, participation should be medically assessed.

8. Data protection

The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with legal regulations (GDPR). Details can be found in the privacy policy at www.srabantisworld.com.

9. Copyright

Documents, scripts or digital content provided as part of courses or events are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.

10. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. German law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Braunschweig, to the extent permitted by law.
